Hello Hughes Owls!
I am thrilled to be your social worker at the Hughes Wellness Center! A little about me: I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Chicano Studies from Cal State Fullerton, and then my Master's Degree in Social Work from Long Beach State. I have worked with students of all ages, from infants to college students and everything in between. In my free time, I spend time with my two dogs, Henry and Zuma. I also like to embroider art for my friends, try new restaurants and coffee shops with my partner, and go to concerts.
I hope the Wellness Center is a place for all students, staff, and family to feel safe and supported. I have a passion for supporting students in their emotional needs and helping students succeed in all that they do.
Our new Wellness Center is going to be amazing!
Please stop by and say hello. I am here to support you!
